Founded in 2009, our entrepreneurial investment firm boasts a 15-year track record in the lower middle market, with 15 acquisitions and 11 active investments generating over $120 million in combined sales. We partner with experienced business operators to acquire small to medium-sized companies across Canada, targeting businesses with $5 million to $25 million in sales and $1 million to $5 million in cash flow. Our goal is to provide an attractive succession solution for owner-operated businesses, offering capital, deal experience, and new management to facilitate owners' retirement while ensuring continued business success.
