Jamie is involved in all aspects of Quadrivium’s investments. He leads the firms deal origination efforts and is actively involved in investment structuring, execution, and post-acquisition support.



Prior to joining Quadrivium in 2017, Jamie worked at CIBC World Markets in Diversified Industries Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets. 

Jamie holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University. He is a board member/observer at Active Scale Manufacturing Inc., Uni-Ram Corporation, Auto-motion Shade Inc., and Elmes Packaging Inc.
